Hi there, quick update from moi!

Its been a month and half since I have this exercise routine *almost* every morning. Its true that there's a healthy mind in a healthy body. Men sana in corpore sano. On the side note, I'm going to Japan on Monday. Yeay! Any recommendations on cool places to go? I really seek to go to places like those in Hello Sandwich blog, artsy and crafty just how I like it much. If you have suggestions please do write it in the comment box down below. I'll be updating my blog soon after I get back home on the end of May. But I'll be posting pictures on my Instagram for sure. Packing is always a challenge for me.

When I plan to go somewhere for a holiday, I always want to pack my things little by little starts from like 2 weeks prior to the date. But what happened in real life doesn't always go along with the plan. I end up packing my things a night before the flight. Rush rush rush! Its the main reason why sometimes I left my things at home. When it comes to selecting office outfit in the morning, I'm a total dumb.

It is actually really hard, I keep on wearing whatever on the top of the stacks in my closet. Again and again I wear the same sweater or blouse. I'm no Kate Middleton or Olivia Palermo who wears one outfit for one time only. Since I have this new routine of going to the gym in the morning, it is even getting harder for me to pick up the clothes. I woke up at 5.30, pray and preparing my stuffs. Gym clothes are easy to pack, only legging or shorts and tanks. The hard one is the office look, d'oh. So I think it is important for me to make weekly office outfit planning like this. Just to make life easier in the morning, you know what I mean.

So I just bought new make up brushes :D

This is a new thing for me and yes, now I'm trying to learn how to do make up.

Why? Its because my friends' wedding invitations are keep on coming in,

which means more wedding party is coming up hahaha

Oh and I joined the gym membership a month ago. I feel soooo much better.

I no longer feel my backache, I feel so fresh and happy every time I finish exercising in the morning.

Am I with the right partner?

During a seminar, a woman asked," How do I know if I am with the right person?"
The author then noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so he said, "It depends. Is that your partner?" In all seriousness, she answered "How do you know?" Let me answer this question because the chances are good that it's weighing on your mind replied the author.

Here's the answer.

Every relationship has a cycle… In the beginning; you fall in love with your partner. You anticipate their calls, want their touch, and like their idiosyncrasies. Falling in love wasn't hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience. You didn't have to DO anything. That's why it's called "falling" in love.

People in love sometimes say, "I was swept of my feet."Picture the expression. It implies that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something happened TO YOU.
Falling in love is a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few months or years of being together, the euphoria of love fades. It's a natural cycle of EVERY relationship.
Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse's idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts. The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship; you will notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry subsequent stage.

At this point, you and/or your partner might start asking, "Am I with the right person?" And as you reflect on the euphoria of the love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with someone else. This is when relationships breakdown. The key to succeeding in a relationship is not finding the right person; it's learning to love the person you found.

People blame their partners for their unhappiness and look outside for fulfillment. Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is the most common. But sometimes people turn to work, a hobby, friendship, excessive TV, or abusive substances. But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your relationship. It lies within it.

I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someone else. You could. And TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But you'd be in the same situation a few years later.
Because (listen carefully to this):
The key to succeeding in a Relationship is not finding the right person; it's learning to love the Person you found.

SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. You have to work on it day in and day out. It takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it demands WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make it work. Make no mistake about it.
Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your partner), Just as there are physical laws Of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for relationships. If you know how to apply these laws, the results are predictable.

Love is therefore a "decision". Not just a feeling.

Remember this always: God determines who walks into your life. It is up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go..

Some of you who are following my Instagram might already know that I finally have a Blythe doll!

You know my obsession with that doll is really big, I've been posting pictures of them which I got from Tumblr, since a long time ago. I never really decided to buy this doll because it is really expensive.
(the cheapest one is Rp 2.7 mio, d'oh!)

I once told my self that I gotta have a Blythe in 2013, without really had a plan of how to get this doll. Until one of my office mate told me that Blythe dolls were on sale in Plaza Senayan. I rushed over to the sale corner and there she was. Still expensive for a doll, even after discount. But I knew that I would never get any price lower than that so I gave it a bump.

Now who said there's no such a thing as the power of mind?

Never thought that I finally have her in the early months of 2013!

Padang-Padang Beach

Last month I had a short trip to Bali with my office mates. We stayed at Padma Resort in Legian, which is veerrryyyy nice. I could spend my days by only staying at Padma! Highly recommended.

We also went to Padang-Padang beach, which was my very first visit to that beautiful beach haha call me lame yes I am. That beach is awesome! You need to go down on steep stairs to reach the beach. Those freaking stairs are nothing compare to the soft and white sand, blue horizon, clear water and gorgeous view!

Few days ago I tried a multiple intelligence test. There are seven result categories, which are linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, spacial-visual, interpersonal and intrapersonal. Guess which one is my biggest score? Its spatial-visual! :D

Visual and spatial perception; interpretation and creation of visual images; pictorial imagination and expression; understands relationship between images and meanings, and between space and effect

Typical roles/potential
Artists, designers, cartoonists, story-boarders, architects, photographers, sculptors, town-planners, visionaries, inventors, engineers, cosmetics and beauty consultants

Design a costume; interpret a painting; create a room layout; create a corporate logo; design a building; pack a suitcase or the boot of a car

I'm not surprised with the result, my IQ tests also said so. Art and creativity are what I really love. I love making sketches, coloring, giving beauty and artsy touch to something that looks boring and dull, etc etc. But what I mostly do now is kinda far from being in the creative circle. Yes I do my Curious, but its only like 40% of my daily routines. I'm working in the account service division at an advertising agency. I see good and bad layouts or copy everyday. But I'm not the one who make them. Sometimes this feeling is like bursting from inside me. I used to dream of being a great art director and working at an advertising agency. Most of my friends (and even lecturers) are surprised when they knew that I'm not an art director. Time tells the other story hehehe. Should I follow my passion in art and getting in the creative circle? Surprise surprise, my answer is no. Why? Because I love meeting new people and making strategies as a solution for a problem. Loving art doesn't mean you have to be an art director right? I can still express my creativity into my Curious projects and of course my artworks. And even though I'm not working day to day with Photoshop or Illustrator, I'm a genius in making great looking power points and excel sheet hahahaha

Around a year and half ago, a friend of mine, Riry asked for my help to make a logo for their new released clothing called Machu Ricchu. They wanted to have it like a street sign that shows directions to high fashion cities around the world. I discussed with her a bit further and proposed for something a bit more ethnic and earthy, as their brand is Machu Ricchu, and of course with touch of colors to make it more chic and modern. Riry liked it and wrapped the project up, yeay!

Few weeks ago I got a request to make an artwork for this sweet girl called, Nia.
She's having an anniversary with her boyfriend.
Her request was kinda rush, I only had one week to finish the artwork.
I'm so happy the artwork turned out so good, and of course the client, Nia liked it. Yay!

Hi all,

I'm still alive! :D

Since I joined this digital division at my current office, I've been busy like a bee. Time is ticking so fast, I didn't even have time to buy some afternoon snacks at Plaza Senayan like I used to. But actually I like it this way. Everything went great when you love what you are doing. I love what I’m doing right now. Yay! :D

Remember the flood disaster that striked my house on January? Yes, my life then was a bit messed up. I didn't have the chance to launch Curious collections, until *finally* a few days ago. I have like 3 plans for new arrivals that should've been launched in January. But I had to postpone it. Everything doesn’t always go on your way. It doesn’t mean that life is being cruel to you, its just a way for you to learn on how to craft things better and learn it deeper. You can always pick the fruits from you hard work J

And the long awaited great news, my boyfriend is finally home. I’m soooo happy!

LDR is sucks you know. Any of you have experience in LDR? I feel blessed that I and R went through it successfully. I saw a lot of my friends who had LDR and they just broke up along the way. It’s very hard to only stare at your laptop or mobile phone screen, seeing your loved one, when all you need is a hug, not conversation. Even worse, when you feel everything is not right, you can’t contact him/her due to bad connections. Its just hard. But the storm is over, now I can breathe myself easily as now R is home, so I can call him or text him whenever I want to hahaha.

So yes, hello to new busy days! :)
