It's Okay

Today I learnt that it's okay to disappoint yourself for once in a while. After all the hard work, it's very easy to disappoint your self because you tend to expect much more on your self.  It is okay not to meet your goal after achieving the others. It is okay to break your self down. It is okay to stop and breathe. It is okay to cry when you feel like nothing goes the way you want them to be. It is okay to get loosen up your self when you've been so tight with your own self for a certain number of time. It is okay to say no, even though your heart says nothing but yes. It is okay to safe your self, even though you might think that it is a cruel thing to do, which is not. It is okay to stop everything, take a deep breath and start all over again with zero expectations. It is okay to just be your self.
