Tokyo - Yoyogi Park (Photo Diary)

Went to Japan with my own money was one of the greatest things happened in 2013. I haven't had enough time to post all stories and pictures from my trip, I am terribly sorry! Anyway, on the 2nd day in Tokyo, we went around Harajuku (Takeshita street and Yoyogi park). You won't believe the prettiness I saw in Yoyogi park!

oh gosh I'm forever attached with Japan! ♥ ♥

Before we start looking at the pictures of Yoyogi park, I'd like to tell you a bit about my hostel in Tokyo, called Nui. As I mentioned in my previous post, Nui is a very nice hostel located in Asakusa. The interior is very cool, just look at these pictures below. The lobby is really nice, we can have morning coffee and read some of Nui's traveling books, while at night people come to have some drinks. I highly recommend Nui to everyone who's going to Tokyo, because they are excellent. Clean and spacey rooms & bathrooms (the bed bunks are pretty big compare to other hostels) and the staff are helpful (if I was not wrong, the front desk lady called Keiko, she speaks English very well). I ordered their latte everyday before I went out, the coffee tasted just perfect for me. Sure I'll be back to Nui in my upcoming Tokyo trip (Amen!). Here is a helpful link about Nui, if you are interested.

Off we go to Akihabara! I wasn't really excited for Akihabara, because I don't really play games. But turned out I was too excited to play the crane games. Me and my bf spent too much yen on those crane machines, but we got nothing hehehe. We stopped by at AKB48 cafe, because our friend asked for an original AKB48 DVD. The queue at the cafe and merchandise shop was insane, hard to believe that boys and men were actually queueing for the sake of being loyal fans. Die hard fan!

After strolled around Akihabara and ate some takoyaki, we decided to leave Akihabara and headed to Harajuku.

At Meiji Shrine (明治神宮, Meiji Jingū)

And finally Yoyogi Park, I was like a kid who found a bag full of candies.
JUST LOOK AT THESE FLOWERS!
